Strengths
Some of my strengths are that I'm good at communicating my ideas with team members and being an excellent listener to take on and learn others' ideas. I also believe that I am a good leader however I can also follow instructions quickly and effectively and make sure that everyone is included in a project. I always make sure that everyone in a group is treated equally and maturely as well as being respectful of everyone's boundaries. I am punctual and efficient with time as well as being well organised and able to work well under pressure.
Weaknesses
Within projects, I tend to get easily distracted and often require background noise to work most efficiently. I also work better individually on certain projects rather than in groups and while I always advocate for other people's support and help I am often too afraid to ask for it for myself and lack a lot of personal confidence.
Opportunities
While our location isn't the best for larger offers, we do have a lot of local apprenticeship offers from local businesses (such as the BBC) as well as being able to get work experience through college and asking teachers for advice and information about different parts of the industry, they can also help us improve on areas we are falling behind which in turn helps us be able to get a better experience.
Threats
Possible threats when it comes to future university and job offers are that other students may have better skill sets than me and know more about certain topics which then can make them fit specific roles better. A lot of people will also have a lot more confidence and a lot less anxiety when it comes to taking up new offers and opportunities.
